Born in 1956 in Milan.
After the University degree in Law at the University of Turin, Italy, he has got different work experiences: in Michelin, DEA – Digital Electronic Automation, Ceat Cavi, Salvatore Ferragamo and, a longer and more significant one, in Ferrero.
In 1999 as HR Director in BNL banking group, he set up a change management strategy and implemented an integration process among top management functions.
After a short period as General Director of the historical and prestigious Venice Biennale of Arts, in September 2004 he has been appointed as HR and Organization Director in Trenitalia with the main commitment of leading a big restructuring plan.
In April 2007 he joins SEA Group – Aeroporti di Milano as HR Manager.
At the beginning of 2009, he was appointed as CCO – Chief Corporate Officer, a position also responsible for the HR and Organization Department, IT, Purchasing, Legal and Corporate Affairs, Real Estate and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) divisions. He is a member of the Executive Committee, which is the company’s main decision-making body as it is called to assess and approve group’s management strategies.
From January 2015 he is a Member of the Board of Assolombarda and Vice President of Assaeroporti.
He is President of the Board of Directors of BonBoard, a company that deals with multicultural talent management and President of Adecco Foundation of Equal Opportunities.
